FIRST WEEK: Remodeled Press

FIRST WEEK: Remodeled Press

By Sarah Lorsch

The Network and their close friends all gathered in the office last Tuesday night at 9 p.m. for the premiere of REMODELED. Sitting on couches, office chairs, fold up chairs, pillows and the floor, the space was packed in anticipation of the the world meeting the newest CW stars and our mission to change the modeling industry for the better. Excited chatter ensued during commercials, Paul passed around cupcakes at the midway point and by the end of the show, the room was gleaming with excitement that we had all just managed to pull off a successful show. Of course, everyone at The Network loved it, but we can be a bit biased, so here's what the people at NY Magazine, Hollywood Life and various other publications thought.

Two million people tuned in to watch REMODELED last week.  Where were you? The better question is, where will you be tonight?

Paul Fisher on HollywoodLife about Remodeled and Modeling -Hollywood Life

Clever Style covering the first episode of Remodeled and Paul Fisher -Clever Style

"Does it, in turn, stand a chance of succeeding where so many other shows following the modeling industry have failed? We hope so, really" -Ny Mag

"With an honesty that would make Simon Cowell cringe, Fisher works with agencies to help them be more profitable and with the models to help them take control of their lives." -Fresno Bee

"Nope, this isn't another home renovation show. It's a docu-series starring modeling industry veteran Paul Fisher, who's on a crusade to build a network of small modeling agencies from around the country." -North Jersey

"Here’s a new show based in the modeling industry that I’m sure will tickle your fancy love muffins and let me tell you, Paul Fisher doesn’t play around!" -LoveBScott

"To say that Fisher is intense would be a massive understatement. He generally seems to be right - he is the star of the show, after all - but he's also tough to the point of seeming just a little bit crazy." -Sltrib

"Paul Fisher wants these models to stay in school, to love themselves, and he wants the industry to start accepting that regular, healthy women are not a size zero." -TV is my Pacifier

"Dominican Olga Tavarez has the power to transform an aspiring model into runway royalty as the Vice President of Paul Fisher's modeling agency 'The Network' and the new face on the CW's Remodeled. She is a straight shooter who knows what it takes to make it in the fashion industry." -Latina.com

"The best part, Fisher’s focus on healthy, civic-minded models:
'When one of my models is about to fly to New York to have go-sees with the top tastemakers in the industry—Vogue, Seventeen, Marie Claire, GQ, Ralph Lauren, and Hilfiger—do I tell her to get busy starving herself, working out nonstop, and preparing her walk?” asks Paul Fisher. “No. I tell her to forget the meetings. Go feed the homeless. Go visit your grandmother. Go to your church, or your yoga class, or whatever keeps you centered and grounded. Spend your time thinking how you can serve and help others. Then see how your meetings turn out.'” -She Writes
